Once again the Hit Squad have managed to bring a little light relief to ICU Hustings by catching the Union President, Mr Sen Ganesh, off guard. In the third such attack this week, members of the Hit Squad have managed to hit the unwitting figurehead in the face with a lovely cream pie.
Mr Ganesh repeatedly begged all and sundry not to do it again as he had bought a new shirt to meet the Queen and didn’t fancy getting it ruined (especially after the mess Hit Squad made of his favourite fleece on Monday), however these protestations were doomed to failure. In a twist to the events (and mainly because everyone could guess who the culprits were) the Hit Squad chose to attack without disguise.
Later in the evening, Wye President Andrew Shore was also attacked and, in retaliation he paid the Hit Squad to attack Becky Newman, the instigator of his attack. Such tit-for-tat displays of cream-pie aggression are what has so far made Hit Squad a success…and Sen has been repeatedly reminded, there are still two days of Rag Week left!
Prices for hits vary from £5 for a student to £50 for the Union President and College Staff. Anyone wanting to place an order with the Hit Squad should contact them at the City and Guild’s Office, Room 340 in Mechanical Engineering, between 12 and 2pm each day.
