Success for Sen in Secret Health Stores

It has been revealed that Union President, Sen Ganesh is the mastermind behind a popular new Chinese medicine venture currently hitting the London high-streets.
Sen offers a range of traditional Chinese healthcare: from decoctions to moxibustion. Elite researchers are investigating what moxibustion is.

Live! has learnt that Union President, Sen Ganesh, not content with merely doing good for the students of Imperial College, has turned his gentle hands to the art of Chinese medicine. Mr Ganesh’s new company, Sen, has grown from strength to strength and now has 3 stores in locations across central London.

Sen offers a wide range of products, some performing simple everyday tasks such as restoring balance to one’s qi, yang and yin whereas some, such as Sichuan Fritillary, Pinellia, Cynanhum and Sinapis, are said to transform cold phlegm. It did not elaborate, however, what exactly Sinapis transforms cold phlegm into. Advertising material for the company assures its customers that “Sen produces natural herbal products” and that “We’ve taken over 5000 years of Chinese expertise and made it easy to swallow”.

Whilst many members of ICU council rapidly denied accusations that they have ever found Sen “hard to swallow”, one member of council, commented that he was particularly pleased to learn that the website for Mr Ganesh’s new company provides an answer that much uttered question “Where is Sen?”,8510,4822-127945-129252-18551-65304-custom-item,00.html.

The website claims to contain “all you want to know about Sen” and features an informative FAQ page,8510,4822-129272-130580-18480-65106-custom-item,00.html which reassures readers that “Sen uses no kind of radiation whatsoever”. Live! is still in the dark with respect to the health and safety implications that this poses for the company’s resident acupuncturist.

It is unknown at present how the revelation of Mr Ganesh’s moonlighting will influence his popularity as President or indeed how close the ties between his two enterprises. Mr Ganesh was unwilling to comment whether the Liquid Health Bar might eventually be run by the ICU bars management but a senior member of staff expressed an intention to put in a bid and further claimed that the plan to introduce snakebite and black was wholly in line with Sen’s policy of only using “natural herbal products”.

Further rumours circulating South Kensington this afternoon claim that President elect, Mustafa Arif, is setting up a Chinese restaurant chain to compete with the entrepreneurial precedent set by Mr Ganesh but Mr Arif denies these rumours and further dispels the additional rumour that he is going into partnership with the unidentified ugly bloke standing to his right as captured in this photograph. Mr Arif did add however, that his special recipe sweet and sour sauce is delicate and fragrant and is made according to a secret family recipe.

Perhaps a better question for most of the students at Imperial to want answered is "Who is Sen?"
