As nomination papers go up for the top 5 City & Guilds College Union positions, Buffy - defeated in the Imperial College Union elections last year - has stepped into the limelight as a possible C&G Presidential candidate. Buffy Summers is one of a girl born once every generation with the strength and skill to hunt vampires, find them where they gather and stop the spread of their evil and the swell of their numbers. This unique ability makes Buffy ideal for dealing with the ISE Mafia that has begun to plague the CGCU Executive. Buffy also sights her previous excellent time-management skills as a strength of her candidacy, usually managing to cope with school life and Sunnydale's vampire population.

Buffy's plans for CGCU include the creation of a Mythical Arts Society to investigate Demonic phenomena around College. Buffy also plans to convert Active into a 'CGCU Company Maker', spinning of the CGCU web site and (currently limited) merchandising activities beyond Imperial for commercialisation. Most of all, Buffy is intent on changing the dagger in the Union crest and shield to a stake.

Buffy's arch-nemesis Hamish Common, who defeated her in the ICU elections a year ago, is said to be considering his position.
